Mali, Mohamed is the head of the site, working with the city manager under the aegis of the National Directorate of Social Development (DNDS). As part of the Central Emergency Response Fund (CERF) and in partnership with the Office of the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR), he is implementing a communication system for internally displaced persons in the settlement, which is home to 152 individuals in 20 households.
