CO1
Improve equitable access to safe and protective education services for 805,951 emergency and COVID-19 affected IDPs, returnees, spontaneous refugees, and host community children including children with disabilities, and youth (girls and boys) by 2021 in counties under IPC 4 and 5.

Improve the quality of education services of at all levels education system and protect the wellbeing of all children, including children with disabilities and teachers' capacity to deliver quality services and prevent the negative impact of the COVID-19 crisis on learning environments by 2021 in counties under IPC 4 and 5.
