Maintain equal and unhindered access to asylum and international protection while promoting the full enjoyment of rights for refugees and asylum-seekers. - Strategic Objective
Achieve minimum standards in the provision of multi-sectoral assistance to refugees and host communities with a view to anchor the response in government systems, development plans, multi-year strategies and regional protection frameworks and policies – paying attention to the needs of children, youth, and women. - Strategic Objective

Promote policies and conditions that facilitate durable solutions, through support to voluntary repatriation for an increasing number of refugees wishing to return home, and efforts to locally integrate persons who lack the prospect of return.
