Respond to outbreaks of disease and risks to physical and mental wellbeing, while strengthen the protection of civilians in accordance with international humanitarian law, human rights law and other international legal frameworks

Enhance safe, equitable and dignified access to critical basic services and livelihoods to enhance people’s resilience and ensure they meet their basic needs

Increase access to life-saving and life-sustaining humanitarian health assistance for 451,000 people, with an emphasis on the most vulnerable and on improving the early detection of and response to disease outbreaks.

Strengthen the protective environment for 127,000 people, including from the risks and impact of explosive hazards.

Improve access to safe, sufficient and nutritious food for 143,000 most food insecure people

Provide access to WASH, education, and protection services to 201,000 most vulnerable people.

Protect and support livelihoods and people’s ability to access basic goods for more than 97,000 people.
