WCO2: Promote protection of populations and prevent conflict and gender-based violence through provision of inclusive and gender-sensitive water; sanitation; and hygiene services, items, and facilities for vulnerable populations, including hosting communities, and those affected by disease outbreaks/waterborne diseases
