SO1
Life-savings objective: Provide safe, equitable, gender-sensitive, and principled life-saving assistance to the most vulnerable groups, including those displaced, host communities, and people in hard-to-reach areas

Life-sustaining objective: Enhance timely and unobstructed access to essential services which include livelihoods, basic services, and strengthening resilience capacity of the targeted people.

Protection objective: Enhance the protection of women, girls, boys, and men in affected areas through collective, intersectoral, and integrated humanitarian action and services

Provide multisectoral humanitarian aid to nearly 539,813 IDPs living in new displacement sites, transit and relocation centres as well as in host communities.

Ensure access to lifesaving multisectoral assistance to 183,912 host community members in severe needs (4)

IDPs and directly impacted host communities to receive life-saving assistance are satisfied with the services and aid provided.

Ensure access to life-sustaining assistance, including livelihoods and basic services to more than 796,430 crisis-affected host communities, including Kenneth affected host communities (severity 3)

IDPs, host communities, and Kenneth cyclone-affected population to receive life-sustaining assistance are satisfied with services and aid provided.

Strengthen the protection environment of populations affected by violence/insecurity, displacement, and other populations affected by the crisis

Provide integrated and gender-specific adapted response and services to prevent, mitigate, and address protection risks across sectors and achieve protective outcomes

Foster a safe, accountable, and inclusive humanitarian response to avoid causing harm, ensuring leaving no one behind, and ensure meaningful access to essential services
