SO1
Provide life-saving and life-sustaining humanitarian assistance to the most vulnerable people with an emphasis on those in areas with high severity of needs.
SO2
Enhance the prevention and mitigation of protection risks and respond to protection needs through supporting the protective environment in Syria, by promoting international law, International Humanitarian Law (IHL) and International Human Rights Law (IHRL) and though quality, principled assistance.
SO3
Increase the resilience of affected communities by improving access to livelihood opportunities and basic services, especially among the most vulnerable households and communities.
SP1.1
1.95M Internally Displaced Persons (IDPs) in last resort sites regularly access quality lifesaving and sustaining humanitarian assistance.
SP1.2
The health and Nutrition of 3M pregnant and lactating women (PLW) and 1.4M children under five years of age is improved.
SP2.1
The threat posed by explosive ordnance is minimized to ensure safe access to services and an inclusive protection environment for 905000 children and 3,182 teachers.
SP2.2
Gender-Based Violence (GBV) risks for 1.6M people are mitigated through the provision of quality and integrated services.
SP3.1
1.5M people have improved access to adequate housing, community infrastructure and basic services.
SP3.2
3.5M (700,000 households) vulnerable people have enhanced access to market-based livelihood opportunities and production.
