CO3

Provide coordination for technical and strategic guidance based on the expertise of national and international shelter partners. To prepare the transition to the reconstruction phase, partners will rely on lessons learned after the 2010 earthquake and 2016’s Hurricane Matthew, as well as immediate assessments already available, such as the Inter-ministerial Territorial Planning Committee (CIAT).
