CO1
To strengthen health system capacity to prepare, prevent, detect and timely respond to epidemic-prone & endemic diseases, all-hazards emergency risk management and manage the health information system

To ensure access to safe, equitable and inclusive humanitarian lifesaving and life-sustaining health services to people in need and the most vulnerable (including IDPs, Women & Children, GBV survivors, Persons with Disabilities (PWDs), older persons, Trauma-affected & Non-Communicable Diseases (NCDs) patients, refugees ,returnees , Muhamasheen & other poor people in the community , at all levels of service delivery, through a quality MSP package with a stronger focus on primary & secondary health care.
CO3
To sustain the functionality of health system at primary and secondary health care levels through the provision of operational cost (electricity, water & oxygen); medicines, medical equipment and supplies, rehabilitation/revitalization of health infrastructure, capacity building and financial support of Health Care Workers (HCW). In addition, establishing adequate referral between the community and primary health care levels to higher levels of service delivery including provision of integrated rehabilitative, advanced trauma and Intensive Care Unit (ICU) at tertiary care level to improve the resilience of health system and& people
