Cluster Activities
1
Provision of protection services while commuting to schools for children in the most vulnerable areas. (This can include protective presence and transportation)

Provision of school-based psychosocial support to school staff and students affected by the education-related violations and pandemic.

Provision of support to strengthen the learning modalities and quality education services. (This can include development and printing of self-learning materials, teachers’ capacity building, and offering IT solutions for teachers and students, and innovative solution to reach the most vulnerable children).

Provision of essential and basic emergency rehabilitation to schools to ensure that school environments are appropriate and safe for students and teachers.

Support school-aged children with disabilities to access education services. (This can include assistive devices, appropriate transportation, specialised and adapted remote learning materials, adaptations to school infrastructure, building capacity of school staff to accommodate for CWDs needs and provision of appropriate referrals in collaboration with relevant clusters).

Provision of learning support programs (remedial education and catch up activities) to vulnerable school aged children (for example, drop out children, students suffering from home arrest, injury or ex-detainees, Children with Disability, IDPs children, children at risk of dropout).

Support the most vulnerable Schools in oPt in responding to emergencies through structured preparedness packages and post emergency responses. (This can include capacity building trainings, emergency life skills, DRR, and awareness raising for teachers, students, and community members)

Provision of emergency education supplies (including caravans, hygiene and cleaning materials, stationary, schools’ bags, student kits, teaching supplies, uniforms, solar systems or fuel, winterization kits etc.) for vulnerable and unserved students and teachers
