Ensure the most vulnerable people affected or displaced by the conflict can access basic wash services, and materials to maintain basic hygienic practices

Where needed, support improvements in WASH facilities (in quantity, accessibility, safety and privacy) and the provision of a continuous supply of personal hygiene and cleaning materials and supplies, for basic IPC measures, in key institutions – notably HCFs, schools and collective centers

Where needed, provide support to service providers for ongoing O&M and infrastructure improvements to maintain or improve service levels related to water, sanitation and waste-water, solid waste, and district heating systems
