Sector Objective 1: Improve protection of population affected by the crisis and protection environment through protection interventions , advocacy, promote access to durable solutions and early recovery.

Sector Objective 2: Strengthen technical capacity of humanitarian actors communities and duty bearers at national and community level to assess, analyse, mitigate and address protection risks and needs.

Sector Objective 3: Improve access to quality and lifesaving GBV response services for GBV survivors including women, girls and other people at risk, and put measures in place to prevent and mitigate risks of GBV.

Sector Objective 4: Minimize the impact of explosive ordnance for communities most at risk.
