Cluster Objectives
CLCCM/CO1
Improve living condition of IDPs by facilitating safe, equitable and dignified access to cross-sectoral humanitarian services, including CCCM services through service monitoring and coordination.
CLCCM/CO3
Enhance the protective environment, respond to vulnerable population with priority on addressing protection gaps and strengthen the predictability and effectiveness of multi sectorial interventions through care and maintenance interventions.
CLCCM/CO4
Support vulnerable IDPs to recover from the crisis by strengthening community self-management, build resilience to promote solutions
Cluster Activities
CLCCM/CA1
Oversee the effectiveness of cross-sectoral interventions in sites and areas hosting Internally Displaced persons, ensure identified and prioritized humanitarian needs are met, gaps are addressed, and duplication of activities avoided. â–£ In Coordination with local authority, bolster coordination structures at area/local level to ensure that displaced people living in sites/areas and returnees living in site-like setting have equitable access to humanitarian assistance â–£ Monitor service provisions to the displaced populations and people on the move â–£ Enhanced information management systems through service mapping, flow monitoring, headcounts, and site profile development against a set of core indicators

Establish accessible and confidential complaints mechanisms within the camp.

Train camp management staff on handling complaints effectively and confidentially

Conduct feedback sessions with the displaced population as part of effective AAP imitative

Implement care and maintenance projects, employing displaced persons through cash-for-work initiatives.

Organize training sessions on protection mainstreaming, humanitarian principles, and codes of conduct for camp management staff, community leaders, and displaced individuals.
