Cluster Objectives

Provision of Life-saving food assistance to acutely food insecure population including displaced population, host communities and returnees.

Cluster Activities
CA1
Provide emergency food assistance to newly displaced/returnees to meet their immediate food needs using appropriate modalities

Provide monthly food assistance to acutely food insecure population through the most feasible and contextually appropriate modality (in-kind food baskets or equivalent cash-based transfers

Multi-purpose Cash-based transfer assistance to cover food and other needs

Provide training to government and/or partners staff on activities related to food assistance

Distribution of agricultural inputs such as staple crop and vegetable seeds, fertilizer, pesticide and equipment, etc
