Immediate response: Maintain and strengthen access to integrated health services to reduce the risks of death and other health risks for the most vulnerable.

Immediate response: Improve the quality of services at different levels of care to better improve the health status of communities in crisis, and also to strengthen the health system in the area.

Sector Activities

Provide health facilities and local care services with the necessary inputs for six months of free care for the most vulnerable women, children and adolescents, including the disabled.

Implement advanced strategies and integrated mobile clinics targeting priority areas based on their health situation and accessibility to vulnerable groups.

Provide health facilities with individual hygiene kits and dignity kits for pregnant women, women who have just given birth and women victims of sexual violence in quantities that meet needs.

Improve integrated medical care for sexual violence and gender-based violence and PSEA.

Provide District reference health facilities with PEP Kit.

Support community health to make care available for children, women and adolescents at the community level, in accordance with national guidelines and ensure pre-positioning for emergencies.

Equip health centers with essential medicines and equipment for maternal, neonatal and child care, including the prevention of mother-to-child transmission (PMTCT).

Improve neonatal unit services in hospitals (neonatal incubator, heating lamps, etc.), including oxygen therapy for the management of cases of acute malnutrition with respiratory complications.

Provide and train users of emergency reproductive health kits, EmONC kits, and materials and equipment for obstetric and neonatal care.

Return to operation of health facilities affected by cyclones, including infrastructure rehabilitation and repair of equipment and cold chains.
