Improve living conditions for the most vulnerable migrants and refugees through expansion of basic services, support for self-reliance and sectoral interventions (shelter, health, education, women’s protection, child protection, and psychosocial support), with priority given to protection mainstreaming

Pursue solutions for all migrants and refugees, including strategic use of resettlement for refugees, and for refugees and migrants, the increased support for return to countries of origin in conditions of safety and dignity and in line with the principle of voluntariness.
