1.Provide essential primary and secondary health care services, including trauma care, MISP and referrals.

2. Strengthen health sector capacity to prepare for, prevent, detect and deliver timely response to disease outbreaks.

3.Integration of minimum initial service package of RH (MISP) services into emergency health services for vulnerable populations especially IDPs,Host and Non-hosting.

4.Carry out vaccination campaigns for childhood illnesses and diseases of outbreak potential for vulnerable populations including IDPS, Host and non-hosting populations
