Cluster Objectives
CO1
Enhance equitable and dignified access to the minimum service package (MSP) of health services, which includes lifesaving primary healthcare services at community, primary, and secondary levels as well as inclusive and informed referrals, targeting 8.7 million people (1.8 million IDPs, 6.9 million host population) including nearly 472 thousand pregnant women, 1.7 million children, approximately 1.3 million people with disabilities (PWDs), and 1.3 million patients with Non-Communicable Diseases (NCDs), including MHPSS.

Prevent, detect, and rapidly respond to outbreaks of deadly epidemic-prone and endemic diseases and climate change related hazards, targeting 1.8 million people with preventive and curative care, prioritizing IDPs, women, children, PWDs and other vulnerable marginalized groups.

Strengthening health system (functional) capacity and resilience by revitalizing 1,400 health facilities and enhancing health facilities’ functionality, by providing essential operational support, improving human resources capacity and advancing localization, to transition into the humanitarian-development nexus.
