Cluster Objectives
CO1
Ensure equal access and needs based assistance to improve the quality of integrated services for populations affected by displacement through Coordination and monitoring
CO2
Respond to vulnerable population by addressing protection gaps and strengthen the predictability and effectiveness of multi sectorial interventions through robust community engagement and participation
CO3
Strengthen inclusive community participation to ensure local ownership, self-governance and self-reliance
CO4
Strengthen Community Cohesion by facilitating the transition of IDP sites into neighborhoods through capacity building and initiation of women and youth led livelihood projects.
Cluster Activities
CA1
Coordination and monitoring of multi-sector services by ensuring communication with communities and accountability to affected persons
CA2
Develop, agree, and hand over tools (ToRs, templates, 3W matrix, site profiles, mailing lists) to stakeholders and support community leadership in coordination meetings.
CA3
Map coordination structures in sites/area, engage with all sectors and site population to ensure strategic planning, implementation and monitoring of protection and assistance
CA5
Establish and implement community-based feedback and complaint mechanisms (CFMs)
CA6
Deliver training, assess needs, develop materials, facilitate DRR sessions, monitor capacity, evaluate impact, and implement contingency plans.

Develop a safety audit tool covering women's and girls' movements for water, firewood, markets, and livelihoods; conduct observations, KIIs, and FGDs with diverse community groups
CA8
Form camp management committees with equal (50/50%) women representation.

Implement Area-Based Approach, set up and train camp management committees, hand over site management to the committees, and conduct post-response monitoring.

Conduct satisfaction survey in coordination with all sectors in sites

Repair infrastructure, engage volunteers, maintain sanitation, conduct camp cleaning, mobilize displaced persons, implement cash-for-work, maintain fire breaks, and promote education.

Contingency planning and emergency preparedness, early action
