PRO: Prioritize the most vulnerable populations in targeted areas by providing high-quality, gender- and age-appropriate lifesaving interventions and strengthen access to inclusive protection services that address urgent needs, including CP, GBV, HLP, and Explosive Ordnance Risk.

PRO: Enhance prevention and mitigation measures to address protection risks for the affected population by strengthening preparedness, resilience, coping mechanisms, and community-based protection interventions.

PRO: Strengthen the protective environment for affected populations through tailored projects, intersectoral protection mainstreaming, capacity building, targeted advocacy for the protection of civilians, and ensuring the centrality of protection.

CP AoR O1: Ensure that the most vulnerable girls and boys at risk of abuse, neglect, violence, exploitation, and severe distress, along with their caregivers, receive timely, well-coordinated, and high-quality child protection services tailored to meet their specific needs, including considerations for disability, age, and gender responsiveness.

CP AoR O2: Strengthen the capacity of responders, communities and stakeholders to identify child protection risks and needs, implement effective mitigation measures, and deliver high-quality, accessible child protection services to internally displaced populations, returnees, and host communities.

CP AoR O3: Promote a child-rights-centered approach by enhancing monitoring and reporting mechanisms for child rights violations, ensuring accountability, and integrating advocacy efforts to uphold and protect the rights of affected children and adolescents.

GBV AoR O1: Provide lifesaving GBV Response services to address Survivors' needs and mitigate GBV risks for people at risk of GBV.

GBV AoR O2: Enhance GBV Prevention and risk mitigation measure focusing on people exposed to life-threatening events, violence, abuse, or severe neglect, and support the restoration of people’s capacity to live a safe and dignified life
