Cluster Objectives
COP1-PR1
Ensure vulnerable internally displaced and non-displaced war-affected people at heightened risk are provided with principled and inclusive protection assistance and services to address rights violations.
COP1-PR2
Enable equitable access to rights and public services for internally displaced and non-displaced war-affected through protection interventions aimed at strengthening protection environment and capacity of service providers and communities themselves.
COP2-CP1
The most vulnerable internally displaced and non-displaced war-affected1 girls and boys, including those exposed to or at risk of violence, exploitation, abuse, neglect and severe distress, along with their caregivers, have timely access to well-coordinated, quality, disability, age and gender-responsive life-saving child protection services.
COP2-CP2
The capacities of service providers, frontline workers and communities are strengthened to support the most vulnerable internally displaced and non-displaced war-affected girls and boy and their caregivers, including through the identification of critical child protection risks and needs to save lives and prevent violence, exploitation, abuse, and neglect.
COP3-GB1
Ensure internally displaced and non-displaced war-affected vulnerable people at high risk of gender-based violence have access to timely, safe, confidential, gender, age and disability-sensitive GBV services and assistance, including through multisectoral referrals at local levels.
COP3-GB2
Enable access to life-saving assistance for the most vulnerable internally displaced and non-displaced war-affected people through GBV interventions targeting GBV risk prevention, mitigation and ability of humanitarian actors to ensure their protection, safety and dignity.

Address the different needs of victims of explosive ordnance.
