Evolving protection concerns, needs, and violations are monitored, analyzed, and responded to (including Child Protection, GBV, Mine Action and MHPSS) through multilayered protection response, upholding fundamental rights and restoring the dignity, physical safety and well-being of affected populations. A conducive environment to prevent and mitigate protection risks and concerns is supported through inclusive, localized community protection approaches, mainstreaming of protection and enhancement of capacity of protection and non-protection actors to address the impacts of armed conflict and other shocks on civilians.
