Part 3: Issue-Based Response

SVIATOHIRSK TOWN, DONETSKA OBLAST, UKRAINE, In December 2025, an inter-agency convoy to Sviatohirsk in Donetska Oblast delivered humanitarian assistance and facilitated the provision of psychosocial services in one of the most heavily affected frontline areas. The convoy delivered essential hygiene supplies, drinking water, solar lamps and dignity kits, addressing the immediate needs of civilians who remain in Sviatohirsk and nearby villages.
