Cluster Objectives
CO1
Improve households’ immediate access to food through provision of conditional and unconditional assistance depending on the severity of food insecurity phases, vulnerability and seasonality of the livelihoods.
CO2
Protect and restore livelihoods, related food and income sources, through provision of seasonally appropriate livelihood inputs and technical support in rural and (peri-) urban settings.
CO3
Support household and community resilience to shocks, through rehabilitation and/or restoration of productive assets, enhance livelihood strategies and disaster preparedness.
Cluster Activities
CA1
- General food distribution (GFD) including food vouchers) - Unconditional Cash Transfers - Conditional cash transfer (e.g. CFW) targeting IPC 3& 4 area with primary objective of improved access to food - Cash plus for farmers, livestock keepers etc. address immediate food access during agriculture season

- Animal redistribution - Animal treatment/vaccination - Seed Package (tools, fertilizers, tillage support) - Irrigation / tillage (tractors hours support - Support to fisher folk (fishing gears, assets) - Poultry farming input support
