Coordinate the ETS response and develop and share operational information to support decision-making, avoid duplication of efforts and bolster advocacy efforts.

Maintain and expand the provision of security communications and data connectivity services to the response community across all common operational areas to facilitate the entire response.

Conduct capacity-building exercises to strengthen the expertise and skills of local staff to ensure the sustainability of services.
