Immediate response: Establish a monitoring and early warning system for population movements in the Great South and the Great South-East

Anticipatory actions: Carry out activities to reduce vulnerability among communities most affected by displacement linked to drought, insecurity and other disasters.
Cluster Activities

Facilitate multisectoral assessments to inform on humanitarian response priorities.

Provide support to the HCT and the cross-sector working group and follow up on action points.

Promote a response sensitive to gender, age and disability.

Deployment of DTM data collection tools in the districts, communes and fokontany most affected by displacement.

Collection of periodic data on travel at the level of targeted municipalities, through the deployment of the ETT tool, which will rely on volunteers from the CRM and other actors in Risk and Disaster Management.

Preparation and dissemination to all humanitarian actors and development of DTM reports monthly and weekly ETT.

Workshops to present the results of the displacement reports (DTM and ETT) in the districts to identify the communities benefiting from the reduction activities the vulnerability

Community dialogues in communities most affected by displacement and most vulnerable to identify types of activities
9
Implementation, monitoring and capitalization of these identified community activities.
